Store Policy
All merchandise is shipped by The Mannequin via USPS. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are placed. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. Please contact your local post office for more information regarding your package. Delivery time does NOT include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
The Mannequin Regular Items: These items are shipped out the following business day after you place your order. It usually takes between 2-5 days to recieve depending on your location. Express shipping time 1-2 days, International shipping time 7-21 days
The Mannequin Customized: These items are made to order and require your messurements in order to ensure a perfect fit, so shipping time may vary, between 5-7 buisness days we cannot guarantee you will recieve them on an exact date. We give you an estimated time, but in SOME cases delivery can take longer than the estimated time we give you. These items have to pass through customs and can SOMETIMES be held up, this may delay delivery. You will recieve your items, please be patient.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, it must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery email us at [email protected]. Exchange of a damaged item will only be allowed for the exact item in the same size. Email requesting an exchange because of damages must be received within 48 hours after package has been delivered to customer. After 48 hours no exchange will be allowed Sorry. Returns must reach us within 7 business days after exchange has been authorized. If merchandise reaches us after 7 business days original package will be returned back to customer without exchange. If duplicated item is not available, exchange must be for equal value of original purchase of item. We will advise you on how to send damaged item back to us. Please choose carefully before purchasing a product as "Item not as I expected" "Color not what i expected" “Doesn’t fit how I would like” “Don’t like material” are not acceptable reasons for returns.
